Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Buffy är vampyrjägare.
The X-files - Mulder tror på utomjordingar.

Just for the lulz of it.
"Randy? Randy Giles? Why not just call me Horny Giles, or Desperate-for-a-shag Giles?!"
But wait, there is more!

The toughest librarian ever.
Okay.
Typ awesome-cake?!

A secret love (Buffy The Vampire Slayer Fan Fiction; Willow + Spike) Part 2
Spike went over to Willow, towering over her. Willow pouting a bit, stretching her neck out so that Spike could see all of it. He bent down, and when he bit into it, Willow could feel why Spike is so powerful. Every muscle in his body tensed. He was on alert, not for enemies now, but to not drain Willow.
They had managed to get around the chip in one way. The chip only worked if he wanted to harm someone, but if Willow invited him to, and his intention was not to harm, he could feed of Willow as much as he wanted.
After a while he lifted his head, and took Willow in his arms and into the bedroom, where he put her on the bed. He could see her small breasts heaving up and down slowly. He had maybe drank a bit to much, but she were going to recover soon enough.
He started to undress her, unbuttoning her dress, and slowly peeled it off. Then he took his shirt off. He snapped up Willows bra, and started to play with her nipples, his fangs still out. Willow groaned a bit, she loved this, he knew it. If she could decide, he would do everything with his fangs out. He started to kiss her, slowly down her stomach and down between her legs and ripping her panties off. He could feel her shiver, and her thighs locked around his head. For every lick, Willow shivered more and more, and he quit just before she climaxed, going back up to her nipples, and up her neck. His crotch pressing hard against her. He lifted his forearm to his face and bit, his own blood dripping all over her, and he put his arm to her mouth.
- Drink, pet, drink deep.
Willow drank, and he could see the life coming back to her in full strength. She half sat up, flipping over so that she were on top, sliding down to unbutton his pants. Her hands feeling his erection trough his underwear, and slowly, slowly taking them off, her hands all over him. She straddled him and slid him into her, and they both moaned loudly. Willows hips moving slowly and then faster as Spikes hands touching her.
When they both climaxed, Willow bowed down and bit Spikes chest, knowing how much better it would feel. Drinking the blood would make it so much more powerful, and when done, Willow collapsed on top of him, both of them panting. She could still feel him inside of her, and she didn't slide him out until he were completely non-erected.
She flipped over and lay next to him, he heaved himself up on the side so he could watch her. As he lay there naked, playing with her hair she took him all in. Everything from the piercing eyes and the perfect nose, to his abs, legs and glutes. Everything were perfect.
- Well, I got to go pet.
- No, please stay.
- Unless you want a dust pile of a lover, I better go. Either the sun will catch me... Or Tara will.
Tara! Willow had completely forgotten about her coming home today.
- When can I see you again? she asked.
- Depends on. Make a drop by at the crypt when you feel like it. He bent over and kissed her and then sat on the side of the bed to dress. Willow crept down under the duvet, and she could hear him leave. She sobbed a bit. She loved Tara, and Tara were great to her, and Tara loved her back, and Tara were secure. But Spike were something else. Something she earned for every hour of the day even though she could barely be in his presence as. But she wanted the rock hard abs, the wide shoulders, and everything that came with it at night.
She knew exactly how her friends would react if she said she dated Spike. They would abandon her, and leave her to it, and Spike were not safe, he could kill her at anytime.
Thinking of this and deciding this was a problem for another night, Willow fell into a dreamless sleep, as she always did after drinking vampire blood, and even though she was with Tara, she knew this were not the last time this were going to happen, her body already longing for more blood, for more of Spike.

The girls of Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Part 2
Joyce
This would probably be the coolest mother in the world. But as Buffy need to look perfect, flaws are needed on Joyce, so that one can like Buffy better. She is shown as a mother who does not know anything about her daughters life, but I see that's not true. She knows nothing because I see Buffy does not trust her. Joyce loves Buffy no matter what, but Buffy still puts her through so much pain.
As I see it, she is not trying to wreck Buffy's life. If Buffy had, had a good relationship with her mother, she could have told her. Joyce is just as concerned as any other mother with a teenage daughter, and when finally Buffy and Joyce seems like they are getting a better relationship, Dawn ruins everything.
As I said, Buffy need to be portrayed as the perfect one, Joyce have flaws, and therefore some say she send Angel away, did you miss the fact Buffy pierced Angel, condemning him to hell, even though she knew he was not evil anymore..? If something's sending one away, I would guess that takes the price. Joyce only warn Angel not to break Buffy's heart, not knowing Angel's problem with the soul and being afraid of just that scenario, as Buffy is not really the girl to know where you have in a relationship.
Still Joyce is very open to what Buffy and her friends are, but still she is always the last one to know about everything, which seem unfair then that Buffy can say "But moooom!", when she won't tell what it is about, even when she gets older because it's "safer". Well nice on Buff, how can she be safer is she knows not what's after you? It's more stupid to run over, say, "No worries, but I can't tell you what not to worry about", than to give a ring, or if you have to run over, and say "Worry about this, if you see it, call me or Giles and run like hell!". Not telling would not make it harder for the creature to hunt the mother down, but as usual, phones are never used in the correct situation in American TV-series/Films.
Well, back to Joyce. Joyce, is loving, caring, open and tries to be as good as she can.
I would love to have Joyce as a mother. Buffy still has a lot of freedom "normal" kids don't have, even though she fails school miserably at many points.

A secret love (Buffy The Vampire Slayer Fan Fiction; Willow + Spike) Part 1
The mood in the Scooby gang were a bit down after Riley had left. They all wondered where this secret operation were, if he was okay, if he missed them.
- Well, Giles said, we can't ponder on this to long. We still have evil to catch, whether Riley are here or not.
- But it would have been great to have another stealth guy around, Xander added with a sigh.
He were still upset his army knowledge from Halloween a few years back had faded.
- What about Spike, Willow said.
- Spike? Since when did Spike and "stealth" go hand in hand?
Xander looked at Willow in bewildered amazement.
- Oh, not like stealth guy, Willow said. But you know. If we pay him, he could maybe help us beat up some demons, that's the only think he can do now anyway. Like some sort of "beat two up and get extra paid!" kind of deal.
- And you really think he won't turn away and run? Buffy asked.
- Well. "beat up and and get extra paid, but if you run, you owe us" is maybe the deal we must have for Spike, but I'm sure he would do it anyway, just to get cash. And he is kind of savage, he loves to fight, and he loves it rough.
- Yeah, you're right, Buffy said reluctantly. Well. We'll slip him a note and ask.
- So Giles, what is the next big job?
- Beats me. I haven't seen or heard anything. And Any...
- Heeeey!
- Okay, I haven's sold some weird stuff that goes together to create awful monsters... So no ones up for that either.
- Pity. Well, I guess it's time to patrol. Anyone wanna come?
- Sorry Buff, promised Anya a romantic evening tonight.
- I'm sorry Bufft, but I have lots to do before Tara gets home tomorrow. I need to clean and stuff, and I won't have time tomorrow. Classes all day.
- Oh... Okay then... Well... I'll go alone then... Giles?
- Um... Do you really want me to come? I mean, you always say I'm boring, slow and should be with the books..?
- I see your point... Yes! Please.
Giles sighed and put on his coat, picked up a few books he were reading trough, and put his glasses on.
- Let's go then.
- Wiie!
- Anya, you locking the door when you leave?
- Sure.
Remember. If you don't. Someone can come in and steal all the money.
- I'll lock. I can put a spell on it, so that no one can see it at night, nor the money.
- Just.. Just lock it, okay?
- Okay!
Buffy and Giles went out the door, and disappeared into the night.
Well, I'll better be going to Willow said. She rose to her feet, and put her jacket on. Even in Sunnydale, nights could get cold. She had on a strapless long dress on, it were light purple and matched her red-orange hair.
- Will...
- Uh-huh.
- You look lovely tonight. Going somewhere.
- No. Nope. Just home. You know. Tara's back tomorrow night. Need to clean up a bit. Hasn't really been prio number one to do the dishes...
- Oh... Okay...
Willow smiled and went outside. The air were cool, and a gentle breeze moved her hair. She started to walk, and when she came to the street corner, she could see a shadow in the alley.
Willow got afraid. The shadow moved, and came closer. Then it started to speak, and Willow relaxed.
- Hmm, a young girl like you shouldn't be walking around alone on an evening like this, in Sunnydale.
- Oh, Spike. Don't do this to me. You almost scared the life out of me. Then I would be dead.
- Well, I'd just make you alive again then.
Willows eyes widened. He scared her, but still, she couldn't stop thinking of him. The broad shoulders, the muscular arms, the bleached hair... Everything.
- Well, I guess I better escort the young lady home, just so she won't run into anything nastier than me, even though that would be hard.
He reached his hand out to Willow, and she took it.
The strolled the street forward, down to where Willow and Tara lived. They did some windows shopping on the way. Willow stopped outside the jewelery shop, where she had seen a neck-less that she loved. But it was gone.
- Oh no Willow said. They have sold it!
- Pity, Spike said. Well lets move on. No reason to dwell here.
As much as Will hated not to mourn the neck-less, she knew they shouldn't be seen together, so they moved on. When they got to Will's place she first looked around so that no one saw them, and so that Tara hadn't came home earlier. Will knew that if she weren't home by now, she couldn't come home any earlier as the last train would have been in Sunnydale two hours ago.
- All clear!
Spike came in the door.
In the door way to the bedroom, Willow stood, her jacket off and her neck all bare, and Spike had a hard time controlling her self. But he had two things working against his instincts. The first, the darn chip he had in his head, the other, the fact he loved this woman...

The girls of Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Part 1
Well, what to say of the superhero herself?
The interesting thing in the series, is that we are allowed to follow Buffy trough many different stages of her life, from young girl, to adult woman, and we get to see her develop as a character.
We also get to see that Buffy always takes a lot of responsibility, even at young age, as she knows she has to fight the demons, but still, she has to go to school, and interact with her friends and family.
The thing that annoys me with Buffy is that she is always too perfect. She manages to pull off everything she does, even if it's not always perfect. She can have a working relationship with boyfriends, family and friends, get okay grades in school, AND be out all night slaying demons. I think that is a bit to good to be true to be honest. Even if she is the slayer and has superpowers and everything, it is a bit to much, to perfect.
The same is here. It's interesting to see how the character evolves during the show. Willow on the other hand is more interesting, because she does not pull off doing everything. She seems more "normal" than Buffy.
I like how we also can see how she is able to make mistakes in another way than Buffy (for example, cheating on Oz with Xander, I doubt we'd ever see Buffy do such an unmoral thing).
I think more women can relate to Willow rather than to Buffy.
If Buffy have the wits, the Willow has the charm, and I also like Willows language a lot more than Buffy, even if Buffy always have the great puns, Willow are playing with language in a different way that makes her funny.

The rip-off?
This is actually a short essay I wrote in summer of 2010 on a course in vampire literature (I have here translated it into English). We could chose any subject we wanted, and I decided I was going to study whether the Twilight-series is innovative, or if they are just a rip off of great vampire stories. Once again, even though I do not particularly like Twilight, I will try and keep an open mind.
Is Twilight a rip-off?
Background and aim
Stephanie Meyers books on the humane vampires in the Cullen family seems at first glance like a new thing in the vampire world. In her books there are two kinds of vampires, the more traditional vampires which drink human blood, and there are the humane vampires which are the Cullen family.
Meyer's vampires have developed from the vampires which have an involvement with humans, like Dracula (and his equal in Murnau's version of Bram Stoker's novel). Meyer's storyline on the other hand are not very innovative. She is writing a story which contains well-known elements from books, TV-series, films and other media which have had a vampire story. The aim of this analyse is to find and specify what elements can be found elsewhere and what new ideas Meyer has brought into the vampire world.
Analyse
The vampire Edward Cullen is very frustrated that he can not read his human girlfriend Bella's mind. This is not a new subject in vampire stories. That vampires can read mind can be found in many stories, but this specific situation can be found in the Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris, even though the situation is reversed and the human (Sookie) can not read her vampire boyfriend Bill's mind. In this case, the novels about Sookie was published four years before the first Twilight novel was published.
The theme of the forbidden love between human and vampire is not either a very uncommon trait in vampire stories. Examples can be in Francis Ford Coppola's version of Dracula where Count Dracula and Mina has an erotic attraction. It is also found in Buffy The Vampire Slayer where Buffy falls in love with two vampires (and we also find love between humans and other demons and werewolves, the latter also found in Twilight). It is also in Buffy the question whether a vampire has a soul is brought up an questioned more strongly than in other vampire works. Though we can find traces of it in Anne Rice book Interview with a Vampire where Louis in parts of the books refuses to drink human blood as he thinks hes a devils spawn.
The more vampire stories one read, the less innovative Meyer's vampires seems, but she does never really bring the dark parts of a vampires nature into light.
That Meyer has been influenced by the Sookie Stackhouse novels, there is no doubt. There can be no coincidence that both stories involve a person who can not read his lovers mind. Also the question whether a vampire could really love one as they have no soul is brought up time after time in Buffy, and the spin-off Angel, but also in Interview with a Vampire where Louis is sure that when he became a vampire he lost his soul. This is things found in the character of Edward Cullen, whom is sure he has no soul as he is a dangerous creature who wants to drink the blood of the one he loves.
Meyer also brings up the question on a "royal" vampire family, but that is not something completely new either. In True Blood we have the Sheriffs and the Magisters, and in Underworld we can find the Elders which can be related to Caius, Marcus and Aro from the Volturis in Twilight.
Another one of the most debatable things in Twilight are the fact that Edward Cullen can actually reproduce in a natural way, even though he is dead. This is not either something new, in Angel's spin-off series of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, we can see that vampires can reproduce in a natural way, and not only by siring people. In Twilight we also get to know another family of "vegetarian" vampires, and they created vampire children in the same was as Louis and Lestat made in Interview with a Vampire (through siring them as young children, so they get stuck in the body of a young child). The child talked about in Twilight does on the other hand not have the same role as Claudia have in Anne Rice's book, but still we can see the similarities between the two stories. Also we find the hybrid between two different creatures in the Underworld series, where Michael Corvin is a vampire/werewolf hybrid, while Renesmee from Twilight is a human/vampire hybrid.
The settings story-wise in Twilight are similar to those in Buffy, where we start out at High School, and follows the development of the protagonist trough their High School years. Both the females (Buffy and Bella) are in doubt whether they should go through and go to college, as they both know they can never have a normal future. Here on the other hand the stories differs, Bella becomes pregnant and Edward has to make her a vampire to survive, while Buffy goes to college but drops out to take care of her sister and start working. Another similarity in the story between Twilight and other vampire stories are the question about stalking. In Buffy, Buffy gets stalked both by Angel, where she even says "[y]ou know, being stalked isn't really a big turn on for girls" (Episode 1, Season 2). Even the book series The Vampire Diaries (the first parts being published between 1991-1992) brings up the theme with a High School girl getting in touch with vampires and becoming stalked by the one who has feelings for her.
As I mentioned earlier, the werewolves in Meyer's book are not new either, we find similar werewolves falling in love with humans in Buffy (Willow and Oz). In the first books Meyers werewolves seems to be something new, but when we find out they are shape shifters, and that it was just a coincidence that they became wolves the similarities with Sam Merlotte from Charlaine Harris books become prominent. We also find the use of regular wolves in Bram Stoker's Dracula.
What Meyers has brought into the vampire world as new would be that vampires does not die or burn in the sunlight, and that that have no fangs (at least they never mention they have). This on the other hand feels more like a development backwards or making vampires more like humans, than evolving them further. One could ask if the Twilight vampires are not zombies as they have no know vampire traits except for drinking blood, but zombies also eat and drink of humans.
The fact that vampires will not die of sunlight are found in very few vampire stories or myths, but that they sparkle is something completely new. They have been described as shimmering (Anne Rice once explains Louis skin as shimmering in the light), but never as sparkling. This is also one of the aspects of the Stephanie Meyer vampires that has created the most debate among vampire lovers, but even if a majority thinks that vampires should not sparkle, there is no question that it is something new, and never seen before. The friend ship between vampires and shape shifters or werewolves are not an empty source of inspiration either. It can be found, but the idea has not really developed further, not even between Oz and Angel in Buffy. Stephanie Meyer also bring the word "imprinting" into the world of paranormal love, even though it can be found in the animal world, but it is not so common in this area, used as a method of bringing the story further.
Conclusion
Twilight might not be a rip-off, but the influence from Buffy, Sookie Stackhouse novels and Anne Rice books are very obvious. She has changed the traditional vampire into something looking more like us, and that make it lose lot's of it's appeal it has when being dangerous and unreachable for humans. The Twilight saga should not be read or defined as a vampire book, but as a romance story. She has taken the vampires one step closer to being humans and other humane vampires (Angel, Bill Compton and so one) still have some of their vampire traits left, so that there is a difference between humans and vampires, they for example have their fangs left, and they burn or die in the sun light. Many of the things Meyer brings up in her books are not new and are seen in vampire stories publish long before her books, and she seems to have brought more or just as much into world of the werewolves.
Saying that her books are creative are not really the truth either. She has used many different kinds of know elements from vampires stories and carefully chosen the parts that made these other stories successful. Calling it a rip-off is maybe to exaggerate, this "stealing" is used by many directors, and authors and they use inspiration from different places. Meyer just seems like she has taken this a bit further than others in the business. The expression "Twilight is like Buffy, but without the good bits!" seems like a good way to finish this essay.
(The books and stories analysed for this essay are all published before 2005, therefore, they are publish before the first Twilight book was).
How the Buff-ster changed my life
Today I had a hard time coming up with a good subject to write about here. But after thinking for a while, I decided, I will just go for one of my absolute favorite subjects...
Vampires!
I have just about started a course in "paranormal romance" or "horror and romance" at my home university and I'm so excited to see if it is good or not.
So, I have decided that in honor of Joss Whedon, I'm going to write a post on why I think Buffy is the most awesome vampire story ever.
Well, I'll start from the beginning:
1. The vampires - They are exciting and they look scary, behave like blood sucking soul less beast should do. And this is important to think of when hearing people saying: "If Edward Cullen is so wussy, why don't say that about Angel" and that is the fact that in Buffy, the soul has an important role in the whole series. Angel has a soul, and do feel remorse for killing, Spike has a chip, but he would kill if he could, but he then get his own soul. This is also very obvious in episode "Gingerbread" season 3 when Buffy said after finding molested children "A group of ... human beings? Someone with a soul did this?"
You can obviously see here how the soul plays an important role in whether you are human or not.
Also how they transform into vampires are really great. In most vampire media they still look the same, but Joss has really came up with a great idea with the "bumpy heads".
2. The characters - They are maybe not the most original, but who can blame it, High School characters are quite the same in most films/TV-series/books etc.
But Joss has really got them to work together in a good way. They seem real enough for you to believe in them, but still, they are not "real". It's interesting. Joss is very good at developing them trough out the series and if you (as me) grew up with them,
My two favourites being:
Cordelia - I don't know why, but my fascination for Cordelia is beyond anything. I'm also impressed by Joss ability to transform her character from vain High School girl to
a much more mature and sensible Cordelia trough the series and develops her role in Angel. I think that was a smart move as if not, people would be annoyed with her instead, at first people love to hate her, now you might even say you can love her. Even though she is vain and thinks most of herself, Cordelia has a depth to her even from the start, it's just hard to see, but she symbolizes everything Buffy can't have. A normal life, being the popular, most beautiful girl at school. Have a normal relationship and friend who are not in danger because they know you are the slayer. And without Cordelia, the concept of Buffy would probably work less well.
Spike & Drusilla - Well, here we have him! The meanest of all the meanest vampires. Spike, would I

say is the ultimate vampire. He is mean, manipulative, has no regrets and do whatever he likes. He is a pure bad boy vampire and that makes him very sexy. Not even when he becomes one of the "good guys" (even as a ghost in Angel) he becomes truly good, and you never know whether he will turn against people, and he does everything for himself first, even if it seems like he does it for someone else. And even though Drusilla is out of the picture, he and Drusilla are one, it is very hard not to associate them with each other.
Dru has such a great character and she is also a great picture of how a true vampire should look like, no remorse, only pleasure.
3. The Story - innovative? Well, somewhat. That humans have a sexual/romantic fixation with vampire and vice versa is not really that uncommon, but in Buffy it develops into something else, as we have something to compare about. The good thing is that as it was such a long running series, we got to develop a relationship with the characters and their good and bad sides and personality development. As every happening made one or more of the characters to grow as persons (even though Buffy seemed to be a goof far into the season, you can see in the last season how she can take responsibility and grow up), and everyone can relate to these phases in their lives. Even though we might not be vampire slayers, we all have big secrets, and we will find out that life maybe not always become what we think.
And this I think because there are all kinds of characters in this. We have the single-mother, we have families that work great, that work less great, the goofy ones, the popular ones, the high school kids in different stages, the adult who has been through a lot and so on, everyone can find a character to relate to and that's why the story and whole concept of Buffy the Vampire Slayer pleases such an great audience.
... and most importantly, even 14 years after the first episode of the TV-series was aired, it still works! It's still not out of date, and with the new popular vampire wave, it becomes even more popular.
If you watch Buffy, your view on vampire and how vampires should be, will forever change. It has everything. Romance, horror, family drama, friendship troubles, everything in one package named "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"
I usually don't do this, but I will put up 2 videos from youtube with Spike and the best of him from the series:

Happy, but a bit disappointed!
Well, no one could be all mad when the mail came way to early and woke me up when this came trough with it!
Tataaa! The first tpb of season 8 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer!
Joss Whedon is a man that I couldworship the ground he was walking on (him and Arsene Wenger, never to forget what he has done to Arsenal)!
It starts out good, starts nicely from where season 7 ended, (and also from where Angel ended), the characters reminds about the characters from the TV-series in looks, and even though they do not focus on Buffy the person any more but the slayer (it seams like much of the normal life, daily routine Buffy does not exist anymore, not with a big commando central and Xander as a Watcher). It is (as it seams) real thought trough but here comes a big BUT...
Xander Harris says "You're five-by-five, Buf." That's Faith's line! it's just soooo weird hearing (well, reading) Xander saying it! It disturbs the force in Buffy. Xander has roughed up a bit in the end of the series yes, but he is NOT Faith, and will never be Faith.
But oh well, I just hope it won't come more of those surprises further in the comic. I mean, I only have 28 or so more comics in the Buffy, Angel, Spike spin off/omnibus series to collect.
Of course... I call it research for my Bachelor ;)
(And of course it is, I will write my essay on how religion is shown in Buffy the Vampire slayer, one of the obvious things being the crosses, as before Christianity became the largest religion in the west, did not exist in vampire myths.) I will also research further into it and see what kind of psychological effect is has on youths and children. Maybe that would be a good thing to do if I go to the USA, I think more people there know about Buffy than in Sweden.
And here comes my collection of bruises for the week (I can say my body hurts quite a lot now).

One on my right knee from yesterdays aikido, one on left knee from falling over on Tuesday knee-first into the ice.
One on my foot from Mondays aikido when I got a elbow straight on my foot, and the last one from last Saturdays aikido. It's been a really long time since I looked like this the last time.I also have one on my stomach but it was so small so it wouldn't show anyway, and the other day I had one on the top of my hand after Saturday. What impresses me the most is that my fingers on my left hand is not blue after the hit I got when practicing Escrima on Tuesday..

A vampires way
Ok, I decided to take this topic to write about something I dislike. I will try and keep an open mind about it, but in the end, I don't like it anyway!
The subject is.. Twilight!
(So this is not an "I Love Twilight thing, nor is it an "I hate Twilight thing, but just thoughts that I have had on peoples arguments to the pros and cons of the book, feel free to ask if you have any questions or I am unclear, also im not pro phedofilism, necrophilia or animal sex or anything like that! If you think that please leave immidaitley because then you're probably just out to read about anti-twilight stuff and this is an "open minded, im listening to both sides" kind of post)
After being sat reading almost every post at www.mylifeistwilight.com and laughing my head of as I seriously lose hope in humanity.
I'll be discussing the main things of the pros and cons of the books and the films, (yeah, I have read all four books, once and I have seen both movies, twice (and thats just because they got Cam Gigandet and the guy who plays Carlisle is kinda good looking).
Ok.
no 1 - The texts are poorly written.
Yeah they are, Stephanie Meyer is not a very talanted writer, there are a lot of repetatings, or re writings of the same idea. The whole book's about how good looking Bella think Edward is and stuff, yeah, I can deal with that at the beginning of a relationship when you're in love, but after 3 books of it, where they have been together for 3 years, yeah, it's kinda getting old.
And the fact this actually is her wet dreams, well, I can't say this or that, it might just be a publicity stunt to get more readers and more attention to her, but if it is, that's just gross!
no 2- Edward is an abusive boyfriend and Bella brings feminism back 100 years.
Well, the fact is that they are just as bad as each other, Bella is using mental abuse on Edward too, she forces him to do stuff and says she thinks he don't love him so that he will keep telling he loves her and stuff. And leaving a girl, that's not un common, everytime a man or a woman meets someone they fall for and getting left in the "in love" phase it feels like you've lost your soulmate and the fact, you might like someone else or someone else likes you, yeah thats normal, not a "Bella-Edward-Jacob" state, that stuff happened so long before this darn books became published! Also, the stalking bit where he sits at her window, yeah creapy, but, I mean... If you always fall asleep efter your partner and are lay watching him, wouldn't that count too? Or I don't know, I don't think I would like someone sitting outside my window watching me sleep, but he did tell her kinda early and stopped, some might say hes a stalker, some not. I really don't have a strong opinion on that to be honest.
one thing we have to think of here is that Edward died in the beginning of the 1900's or something, and was brought up with different values than we have today, and even if you say he should change, some things are hard to change, and always helping Bella and stuff can be linked to chivlary. But Bella takes it just one step to far (and this is important, im not a big feminist, as Im tired of to many girls taking the feminism to far and don't let the guys get any space. Yeah Chivlary died and feminism killed it, partly). And this is also, a thing about Edward being born in the .. Well, long ago, he was probably brought up to be a gentleman!
Well, bottom line is: Edward was brought up in a way, even if he could change to be modern, some things, some values you keep for all your life, Bella takes the vain lady a bit to far, but some girls are afraid to stand on their own feet, and women ARE allowed to be as they feel like, not everyone has to be independent, thats their own choise. I would never behave like that personally, and I prefere girls who will not be independent on their guys, but if Edwards brought up that way and Bella likes it, whatever.
no 3 - Phedofilism, necrophilia, animal sex (not sure what the word for that is).
Do you actually SEE or READ Jacob does anything to the vampire baby? I can't see it in any case. Well, the idea is weird, but, in my world, phedofilism is when you touch a baby, do sexual tings to it, takes naked photos of it and that sort of stuff! And actually the thing about Jake being a wolf and calling it animal sex or something, thats just stupid, then you should not watch any vampire/werewolf movie ever made. No one actually has sex in the book except Edward and Bella, not as we know of at least (or, not that I noticed are the right words for that I guess) and that comes to the necrophilia, well, again, don't watch any vampire movie ever made, especially not Buffy the vampire slayer. Because almost everything in the Twilight series is ripped from there.
The List of things that happened in Buffy before Twilight:
*A human and a Vampire falls in Love: Buffy - Angel (has sex) & Buffy - Spike (has sex, multiple times)
*"Abusive Boyfriend": Spike tries to rape Buffy in the end of the series (Season 6 I think)
*The Vampire leaves the heart broken Human who finds a new dark creature - Angel leaves Buffy heartbroken and she turns to Spike.
*The vampires and Werewolfs don't kill each other: In Buffy, Oz don't kill Spike or Angel even if he probably would have wanted to if he could, and Jake don't kill Edward
*Vampires not drinking human blood because of "soul": Angel got cursed with a soul, Spike got first a chip then he wanted a soul on his own so they didn't kill humans, they lived of pigs blood.
Well, those are the things I can come up with right now, I have had other stuff on my mind, but this is enough I think.
List of things S. Meyer forgot when creating her vampires ( I dont care one bit if it came to her in a dream)
1. Vampires BURN in the sunlight, not sparkle, that means, they can NOT be outside at day even if it's cloudy.
I won't give you anymore reasons, all I say is read Dracula, Carmilla and watch Buffy and you will see how a real vampire works!
I really hope this whole post makes sense now.
Ok, I don't like Twilight, I think it's a poorly written piece of litterature, with unrealistic themes and to many repeatings of the same thing. The story is old and not in anyway innovative, but some people are taking both the bad and the good things WAY to far and that makes the whole thing worse as they are competing who will get the most attention, the haters or the lovers.
Feminism is brought back, yeah, an independent woman, but Edwards values are his and Bella likes them, and some feminists today are worse in that way than those anit-feminists are in the other way. Necrophilia? yeah, well then don't like vampires and hate all vampires that exist, but I don't think necrophilia is a good thing, but right now, you who argue for the fact hes a ficitonal person, forgets that he is actually a FICTIONAL person, does the necrophilia count in the same way then? I think thats up to you really, and there is no actuall evidence that Vampires are dead, they are actually UNDEAD and I think that depending on how you see, what theory you have for vampires being created this is an open question, me I think there are more of a virus spread, altering your DNA, mutating it. Animal sex, the Bella - Jake relationship, well, I don't think he knew he was a werewolf, and they are actually not animals, but not human either, so I won't get into that, thats way to complex for me, and the phedofilism, is as said before, not phedofilism until he does something, the imprinting thing could be a way around it, but as said before it's FICTIONAL and there are to many things not being correct for someone to bother about the fact imprinting is impossible, i mean, are vampires possible at all?
People need to before thay say stuff, think of the whole picture.
Me myself I will never read Twilight again as I prefere non-sparkling cool vampires with guns, who kill and drink peoples blood, or try to. I need storys that compete with the mind and are well written and deep.
This is my opinions, Im very open to hear yours and I understand the arguments of both the haters and the lovers side and I really can't be botherd with being either a hater or a lover as I see there is so much more you can do to lif than putting all your energy on that, I only wrote this becasue I want to improve my english and it seems like a hot topic.

2009 Summary
Well... 2009 wasn't that bad of a year was it?
The year started out well with a very nice New Years Seminar in Gothenburg with Ulf Evenås. And some fun events with people being able to touch their toes with their when I was doing koshinage on them!
And a week later I started my fist university course... Studying comics drawing! Not the best of courses, but I got 30 ECTS credits in art. But ofcourse I get stuck with a fever for a whole week in february! But lucky me, I could watch trough all 7 seasons of Buffy The Vampire Slayer then!
And I had the courage to tell someone a little secret ;) Well, not the biggest secret because I think he already knew...
Aikidowise the year followed with a great seminar in Malmö with Lars Göran Andersson and Jan Hermansson! And around this time I lived on my own for the first time as I rented a flat second hand from a friend going to Japan.
When summer came and I finished my course in art and did my 4th kyu examination and it went well. I decided to stay in uni during the summer doing Drama (7,5 ECTS scores) and english creative writing (15 ECTS scores), also had the time for 3 Uchi Deshi weeks with Lasse!
Other than getting to know new Aikido people and getting a few friends in Karlstad (and losing a few) the summer was nice and warm, espcielly the day we had an aikido demonstration in Sysslebäck!
I think thats the best way to get rid of skin under your feet ;p
And taking a bath in Klarälven to cool down ceased in another week of fever... But hey, another week of Buffy wasn't that bad really!
Autumn came sneaking up on me with a very hectical schedule!
First: a new flat.. Bought, which means.. House loan.
Second: Got into 2 different Litterature courses at Högskolan in Halmstad (7,5 ECTS each) 15 ECTS bussiness economics in Karlstad and 7,5 ECTS of animation (which was one of the most amazing courses I have ever taken so far! And of course, a crush on the teacher! ;) hehe
Third: A very hectucal period of 3 weekends on the go, first down to Gothenburg for the Book fair, the weekend after down to Halmstad for a very well performed Aikido seminar and the third weekend down to Malmö and Copenhagen for a Green Day concert!
All that happening in the middle of renovating the flat, and the autumn turned out rather hectical, and Aikido also got a bit hectical with around 20 kids at each childrens class! Which on the other hand have been extremely fun!
The autumn went past in about the same pace, and christmas came. Ending the year with a surprise examination for 3rd kyu and a Christmas seminar at Arvika Aikido Dojo the year ended quite well.
Now I have no expectations for the new year, I think it will be about the same as the year that has already been, but hey.. I'm gonna rock even harder this year!!!
